#3 Bulldogs route Tri 26-0 to claim TEC win

Bulldogs defeated Tri 26-0 on Tuesday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Alex Wandersee struck out Cameron Boone to finish off the game.

Bulldogs opened up scoring in the first inning. Jacob Crowe singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Bulldogs tallied ten runs in the fourth inning. Collin ClarkKollyn PeedLogan DrookKeegen SchlotterbeckCrowe, and Colton Rinehart all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

One bright spot for Tri was a single by Mason Wilson in the first inning.

Crowe took the win for Bulldogs. The pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out eight and walking zero. Wandersee threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Connor Daffron took the loss for Tri. The hurler allowed 14 hits and 18 runs over three and two-thirds innings.

Bulldogs racked up 18 hits in the game. SchlotterbeckDrookBryce RobertsonJamari PamplinCrowe, and Javontae Pamplin each managed multiple hits for BulldogsSchlotterbeck led Bulldogs with three hits in four at bats. Bulldogs was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Clark had the most chances in the field with 11.
