The Seton Catholic Cardinals got the job done again winning their seventh straight game after cruising past the Knightstown Panthers by a score of 70-31. The Cardinals have put the early defeat to Northeastern behind them as they have stayed hot on the floor.
Mason Harvey and Dorian Hill’s scoring abilities have helped lead the Cardinals in multiple games in this winning streak. Harvey (20 points) and Hill (19 points) combined for 39 points in the win over Knightstown. Harvey stacked up another double double with 20 points and 14 boards, while also blocking 4 shots. Dorian Hill was busy in the stat category with a near triple double as he finished with 19 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists.
Sophomore Braiden Hogg continued his stellar play as he added 12 points and collected 6 rebounds. Hogg also has provided countless sparks of energy for his team during this seven game win streak.
Senior Tristian Washington didn’t have his best scoring night with only 4 points but collecting 4 rebounds, and carrying the main duties of controlling the offense he was still able to dish out 7 assists.
Warner and Semlar added some depth in the scoring column as they both pitched in 5 points. Sonny Stanley also dropped in two points for the Cardinals.
Seton Catholic will look to continue their hot streak in a road conference matchup next Monday against University (4-1).
