Both the boys and girls varsity cross country teams raced at the Connersville Invitational Tuesday (9/21).

The boys scored 56 points, 19 points in front of runners-up Hagerstown. The Knights were led by Chase Cates (1st), and Jackson Ramsey-Neagle (3rd), followed by Nolan Drake (13th), Grant Luebbe (19th), and Bryston McFarland (20). Shout out to freshman Dalton Justice who placed 4th in the JV race!

The girls battled battled an extremely talented group of runners finishing very well considering the competition and conditions. Marissa Cates (26th), Heather Crull (33rd)(New PR 24:26.9!), Jill Berger (39th), Paige Zettel (65th).

The Knights race again on Saturday Sept. 25th, at 9am, at the New Haven Classic held on the Huntington University Cross Country Course (1151 W 500 N. Huntington, IN 46750)
