Seton Catholic traveled to Hagerstown on Saturday as they were looking to get back on track after dropping three in a row.
Cardinals got off to a great start in this one leading after quarter number one, and never looked back as they defeated the Hagerstown Tigers by a score 62-45. Cardinals proficient shooting led the way as they shot 64% from two and 44% from three.
The Cardinals were led by none other than big man Jake Moynihan who again finished with a double-double, 21 points/18 rebounds/8 assists/3 blocks/3 steals. Moynihan has 6 double-doubles on the season and is current averaging one for the year as well.
Other contributors for the Cardinals include: Jonah Falcone with 14 points/3 rebounds/4 assists/2 steals, Mason Harvey with 11 points/9 rebounds/2 assists, Andrew Himes with 8 points/2 rebounds/2 assists, Jake Davis with 6 points, Braiden Hogg with 3 points and 3 assists, and Robert Gregory with 3 rebounds.
Seton now moves to 2-4 on the season with their next game scheduled with Union County on January 5th.
Hagerstown will now turn their attention to the Wayne County tournament where they will host and take on Northeastern on January 7th at 7:30pm.
