Cardinals fall in home opener to Hamilton Heights

Seton Catholic held their home opener Wednesday night as they hosted Hamilton Heights. Although for the Cardinals it was great to be home, things did not go the way they would have liked as they ran into a very good Hamilton Heights (3A) basketball team. The Huskies took the matchup 94-75.

Cardinals had some great play all around as the score book was full. Mason Harvey led the way with a 20 point and 9 rebound night. Jake Moynihan had a busy day as well as he finished with a double-double, 17 points, 16 rebounds, and 3 blocks. Braiden Hogg added 10 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists. Andrew Himes had 8 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Sam Casper had 7 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assist. Jonah Falcone add 7 points and 2 assists, and Jake Davis finished with 6 points.

A busy night for the Cardinals has them headed in the right direction. Finally out of quarantine and ready to play some basketball. They will be back in action on December 29th when they travel to take on Winchester. You can catch that game right here on MyTeamLive.TV!
