Lady Eagles lose heart-breaker to Union (Modoc)

The Lincoln Lady Eagles and Union (Modoc) Lady Rockets put on a show on Friday, December 4th, in a non-conference matchup. It was an absolute nail-biter as both teams were hungry for win taking it to the fifth quarter. This is where the Lady Rockets took the matchup 49-48.

Even though the Lady Eagles suffered a heartbreaking loss, they had some great play all around. They were led on the night by Freshman Alivia Anderson’s 14 points. Other scorers for the Lady Eagles include: Patton with 10 points, Stevens with 8 points, Gabbard with 7 points, Spurgin with 3 points, and Gray/Castle/Sherwood all with 2 points each.

Lincoln will travel to Wes-Del next Tuesday (December 8th) with tip time scheduled for 6pm.
